How long can I rent out an Auditorium for?
You can rent out the Auditorium for a day or for the whole weekend during your event.
What is the rental process?
For availability and pricing please contact an Event Coordinator by email at [email protected]. Carefully review the information on the quote and contact your Event Coordinator to review details or book your event. Events are not confirmed until you receive a signed contract from an AddSolutions Representative. Auditorium Rentals must be booked at least 2 weeks prior to the proposed date of your event. Event Coordinators are available to answer any questions you may have.
How does payment/pricing work for Auditorium Rentals?
Payment is due upon arrival the day of your event. AddSolutions will not permit access to the auditorium on the day of the event until payment is made in full. We accept Business Checks, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Cash. Gift Cards are not accepted for rental payment.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require a 7 business day written notice of cancellation before the date of your scheduled event. Cancellations with less than 7 business days notice will be accepted with full payment. Any non-payments will disqualify your group from any future auditorium rentals.
Will there be AV equipment?
AddSolutions employs a talented staff of engineers to help set up your event. Auditoriums are equipped with LCD projectors, DVD Players, and can incorporate your PowerPoint presentation with a Laptop. NOTE: AddSolutions does not supply Laptops or PCs. Clients are responsible for providing their own computer equipment. Microphones, podiums, and internet capabilities are available at select locations.
